Open and close the store as per company guidelines and prepare daily sales reports after closing as required by the company.
Prepare and order various store ingredients in line with company standards.
Serve various products in the store to customers.
Perform duties strictly in accordance with the company's service standards.

Manage, train, and provide guidance to store staff, including assistant managers and other employees.
Set clear work expectations, regularly evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback.
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cash management.
Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency, sales, and customer satisfaction.
Schedule employee shifts and track attendance, including calculating commissions and employee KPI.

MOLLY TEA

Manage, train, and provide guidance to store staff, including assistant managers and other team members.
Set clear expectations for work performance, conduct regular evaluations, and provide feedback and recommendations.
Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cash management.
Review store performance and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, increase sales, and improve customer satisfaction.
Schedule employee shifts, monitor attendance, and calculate employee commissions and KPI.
